WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY?
Cacao ceremonies originate from Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America, dating back thousands of years, used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance.
Traditionally, Cacao Ceremonies usually involve a communal gathering within a sacred circle, music, and of course, ceremonial cacao.
It’s sacred in that, it’s a judgement free zone for deep healing and transformation. Hosted by someone trained in holding sacred space, designed to nourish you physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
Kylie Ann has been holding space for people over the last 5 years and is known as someone who creates life changing containers for individuals to remember their personal power, expand their fullest expression, and potential. Although each ceremony is based in a different topic, her main objective is of empowerment and releasing everyday stresses from peoples lives.
In general, we here, at Self Love Luxe Lifestyle, use Ceremonial Grade Cacao as a tool for setting intentions, gaining clarity, self exploration, releasing what no longer serves us, opening up conscious communication and reaching deep levels of relaxation and inspiration.
The Ceremonial grade cacao we use is unlike any store brought cacao you will purchase in a health food store and likely online.

Please note, although Ceremonial Grade Cacao is known for sensations of feeling Euphoria, drinking cacao will not make you hallucinate or give you some sort of ‘out-of-body’ psychedelic experience. Cacao instead, is used to gently touch your heart, drop your ego and to guide you into an inner journey deep into the truth of your heart’s desires, while feeling deeply relaxed yet energised. It is a blissful feeling that cannot be described, but rather must be felt.
